Grace Shelton, Dance Instructor

I can't think of a time I didn't dance. I believe my first ballet class was when I was 4 years old and continued to take lessons for 14 years as my foundation of dance became firmly established. I then ventured into the world of ballroom dance and gained a love for the latin and rhythm dances, salsa and swing being two of my favorites. I have recently moved back to the Tulsa,OK area after living in Ireland for 10 years where I developed my dance background into becoming a European trained fitness trainer. I have been teaching a variety of class formats for the past 5 years, including, but not limited to, Zumba and Barre, as well as kids ballet and gymnastics. Music has always been a motivator for movement in my life and I hope I can spread that passion to those that train with me.
